By accessing TRDZ’s website and using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Services

TRDZ provides career education, skilled trades training programs, and career placement support services. While we provide comprehensive training and certification preparation, enrollment does not guarantee employment outcomes or third-party license approval..

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing TRDZ, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • Update your information promptly as needed

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for unlawful purposes

  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity

  • Interfere with or damage our website or Services

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts

6. Referral Program

TRDZ may connect users with educational institutions or employers via referral programs. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for the actions, claims, or outcomes of these third parties.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain Services, such as online training courses and certification exam packages, require payment. By selecting a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Sections 8 and 9 below.

8. Online Training Courses and Refund Policy

  • Course Access: TRDZ offers in person bootcamps and online courses to build skills and prepare for certifications. Course content is for personal use only.

  • 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Program enrollment, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the institutional Refund Policy outlined in Section 19 of these Terms, the Catalog, and the Student Enrollment Agreement. Students may cancel within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund (less non-refundable shipped physical tool fees, where applicable). Withdrawals after course start are subject to the pro-rata clock-hour schedule.

9. Certification Exam Packages

Select programs include access, preparation, or exam fees for third-party certifications (such as OSHA-10, EPA 608, NATE Ready-to-Work, and MEWP). Certification issuance is subject to passing third-party exam requirements. Exam fees covered within tuition are non-refundable once activated or administered.

10. Premium Job Board and Referral Support

365 days of enhanced career support included with select packages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by TRDZ or its licensors and protected by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services provided "as is" without warranties.

14. Limitation of Liability

TRDZ is not liable for damages arising from use of Services.

15. Governing Law

Terms governed by Arizona law.

16. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.
